Why Alberta Now is a weekly newsletter where we track the Alberta Real Estate Market & Economy.

I (Eric Chang) believe Alberta is in the midst of a historic real estate bull market that will put the previous boom to shame.

Why?

It's just data and facts.

Alberta has the highest average income in Canada, even higher than BC and Ontario!

Yet, Alberta has one of the lowest property prices.

Calgary has climbed a bit, but still low compared to other major cities in Canada.

While real estate has boomed in many markets across Canada, Alberta got left behind...

Until now.

I don't have a crystal ball to know how long this bull market will last, nor would I know how high the market could reach.

Personally, as a Real Estate Developer focused in Alberta, I plan on riding this wave by tracking the market and the economy along the way.
